The West Orange Warrior Band

The jazz program at West Orange High School is a subset of the band program. Jazz Ensemble I recently received the honor of being invited to perform at the 2014 Midwest International Band and Orchestra Clinic--considered a top honor for school band programs.

All wind players and percussionists are also members of the Warrior Band and participate in our concert bands. Our current program offers three ensembles for student study:

• Freshman Jazz Ensemble - open to all freshmen regardless of jazz experience
• Jazz Ensemble II
• Jazz Ensemble I

Jazz Ensembles I-II are auditioned at the beginning of the year once school has started.
